Colour, measure and weight disclaimer
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone have different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see actually portrays the true colour of the product.
Actual measures and weight may vary slightly as all jewellery are measured and weighed manually.
Ordering products
When you create an order at sianna.dk, the order is a binding offer to buy products in accordance with these terms and conditions. Before you approve your order, you will have the possibility to correct or delete products that you have added to the shopping cart and change the information you have provided in connection with your purchase.
Your order is not shipped or binding until you have pressed “place order” (godkend ordre).
sianna.dk is based on a make-to-order concept, which means that the products are made to order. It can therefore take up to 2 days from the order is placed until it is ready for dispatch.
Prices and payment
The product price is the price stated on sianna.dk at the time of ordering. Subject to printing errors and sold out items. Eventual delivery cost is stated on your order and the total price is stated on the order confirmation.
All prices on sianna.dk are valid until they change. Product prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT but is excl. delivery costs.
Sianna.dk uses the payment solution Stripe and it is possible to pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is ready for shipment. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly, and SLL encrypted to the payment provider. Sianna thus does not have access to your payment information. You will always receive an invoice on the specified e-mail after purchase.
Order confirmation
Sianna will send you an electronic order confirmation to confirm your purchase. The order confirmation contains the order number, name, address, delivery address, payment method, specification of the ordered products and the total price incl. any delivery costs.
Sianna receives a digital copy of all orders, but it is recommended that you print the order confirmation yourself, as it contains essential information about the sale. The order confirmation is also relevant if the purchase is cancelled or if you have objections to the purchase. Final agreement is reached when the order confirmation is sent from Sianna and the agreement includes the products mentioned in the order confirmation.
When you received the order information, it is recommended that you review it and contact Sianna immediately if you believe it contains errors or inconsistencies. What is stated in the order confirmation applies unless you submit an objection in writing immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery cost to Denmark is DKK 39.00. For purchases over DKK 600.00, we offer free shipping. Expected delivery time is up to 6 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time up to 6 working days includes production time 1-2 days plus shipping time 1-4 working days. Sianna is responsible for the item until you receive it. The shipment is delivered with DAO to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive the address for the parcel shop and the time when the package is ready for collection on the e-mail that was used when placing your order in the webshop. The delivery costs associated with your purchase appear on your order as well as order confirmation and will be charged along with your payment for the purchased item.
Right of withdrawal / return
You can cancel the purchase of a product by notifying Sianna in writing of the cancellation within 14 days after you have received the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item. The notice must be sent in writing to contact@sianna.dk. You cannot regret a purchase by simply refusing to pick up or receive the item when it arrives.
It is recommended that you save both the receipt or documentation that you have sent the message, as well as the purchased item.

When returning, you should make sure that the item is securely wrapped. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and track and trace number. The product you return must be in the same condition as upon receipt. You bear the risk of the product’s impairment, e.g. as a result of damage or use during the period you have the product in your custody. You must therefore pay for any impairment of the product if you have treated the product in a different way than what was necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and the way it works.
You must return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret a purchase.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the money back that you may have paid for the item incl. any delivery costs. You will not receive the money until Sianna has received documentation that the item has been returned or that the item has been received by Sianna.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you have purchased multiple items and regret parts of your purchase, you may not regret parts of the purchase unless you have agreed to do so with Sianna. Sianna will not reimburse any delivery costs you may have paid if you regret parts of your purchase.

Duty to investigate and deficiencies
When you receive the purchased item, you must immediately make an examination of the purchased item, including carefully inspecting the delivered item to determine whether it has any defects or deficiencies. You can complain to Sianna within two years from receiving the purchased item if there are any defects or deficiencies. However, you should always remember to complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or defect.
Personal information
The information that you provide to Sianna in connection with your purchase at sianna.dk (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) as well as information that you may otherwise provide to Sianna, are treated confidentially and are used to process your order, for statistical use as well as in connection with other contact with you. Sianna does not collect information about you from other sources. Personal information is transmitted from you to sianna.dk in unencrypted form. Personal information is stored by Sianna in a database on a secure server to which there is no public access. Your information is stored for up to 6 years and only to the extent that it is legal. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the opportunity to insight into and correct the personal information that concerns you. You can also object to the further processing of your personal data.
Credit card information is transmitted via sianna.dk to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Sianna thus does not have access to your payment card information.

Marketing
When you provide your e-mail in connection with a purchase from Sianna, Sianna may use the e-mail address to contact you regarding the current agreement as well as for the marketing of similar products, unless you have declined this. In addition, Sianna may generally use the email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have agreed to receive this marketing material. You can always opt out of receiving marketing materials by using the link in the electronic marketing materials that you have been sent.
